Dear Gringo Gazette North friends,
As you know, a few weeks ago the COVID-19 situation started to be very evident in the US and Mexico. As a result, many businesses have decided to close their doors and self-quarantine. Not because there are many cases around here but to prevent the kind of hardships other cities around the world are suffering.
The Gringo Gazette North (GGN) is committed to bringing you the latest news, so we have decided to continue printing and distributing our paper. However, we know that it could be difficult for some of you to get a copy of our printed newspaper.
Due to these predicaments, we have decided to ramp up our efforts to keep our website www.ggnorth.com and our Facebook page GringoGazetteNorth updated with the latest news, especially with the ones regarding the COVID-19 situation in our state.
These are challenging times for everyone, healthwise, but also financially, and the GGN is no exception.
We would like to invite all of our readers to support the GGN by offering your patronage to our advertisers, by recommending business owners to place an ad with us, by subscribing to our paper or by making a direct donation to the Gringo Gazette North.
As you know, our newspaper has always been mainly for the local ex-pat community, to which we owe our existence, and we would like to thank all of you for your continued support over the years.
Together we WILL get through this!
